Booking Conditions - Keep for reference

Provisional bookings remain firm for one week pending return of booking form and £100 deposit.

The balance is due 1 month prior to the arrival date. Non payment by the due date will be treated as cancellation.

In the event of cancellation, please advise us immediately. We will attempt to re-let the property and return your payment, less a handling charge of £25.00. If we are unable to re-let all monies will be forfeited.

The cottages are available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival to 10.00am on the day of departure.

The number of people occupying a cottage must not exceed the number stated without written approval from Traine Farm.

The cottages should be left in the same good condition as found. Any breakages should be reported and we reserve the right to charge for any non-trivial damage.

We will accept a well behaved pet by special arrangement, outside of the school holiday periods. They should not be taken in with the farm animals or left alone in the cottages. If you allow your pet on the furniture please bring a blanket to cover it.

In the unlikely event of your cottage being unavailable for reasons beyond our control, e.g. fire damage, we will endeavour to find similar alternative accommodation or give a complete refund. No further liability will be accepted.

The use of accommodation and amenities including the farm and gardens is entirely at the Hirers's risk and no responsibility can be accepted for injury, loss or damage to the Hirer or the Hirer's companions or guests.
