DIRECTIONS TO TRAINE FARM, TRAINE ROAD, WEMBURY PLYMOUTH, PL9 0EW TEL. 01752 862264

Travelling on the Exeter to Plymouth road (A38), pass Ivybridge and Lee Mill.
Move into the left hand lane and then leave the A38 at the next exit to Plympton,
called Deep Lane.

Distance to Traine Farm from A.38 approx. five and a half miles.

At the top of the slip road, turn left and follow the road around, proceed through
two sets of road narrows and continue to the next junction (parallel to the A38).

Turn left at the junction and continue on that road, then take the next turning
on the right,(ignoring two farm turnings) signposted Elburton and Plymstock.

Continue along this road (Sherford Road), going straight across any mini-roundabouts, until you reach the next large roundabout on the A379 Plymouth to
Kingsbridge road.

Go straight across the roundabout into Springfield Road, and up through the
village of Elburton, turn left at the next traffic lights.

Continue along this road, keeping straight on at the Texaco petrol station at the
top of the hill. Proceed along this road passing the ‘Welcome to Wembury’
sign and a sign for Hollacombe and a 30mph limit.

Take the next right turning into Traine Road, and continue down Traine Road (for approximately 600 metres) until you see a lay-by on the right hand side. Traine Farm is on the left hand side through the open white gate.
