Terms & Conditions – Amended for Covid 19
Booking Conditions – Keep for reference
Provisional bookings remain firm for three days pending return of booking form and £200 deposit.
The balance is due 6 weeks prior to the arrival date. Non payment by the due date will be treated as cancellation.
In the event of cancellation, please advise us immediately.
FOR A LIMITED TIME ONLY WE ARE AMENDING OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic for a limited time we are happy to offer a full refund or to try to accommodate alternative dates should you wish to postpone your visit. This policy is being regularly reviewed.
The cottages are available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival to 10.00am on the day of departure.
The number of people occupying a cottage must not exceed the number stated without written approval from Traine Farm.
The cottages should be left in the same good condition as found. Any breakages should be reported and we reserve the right to charge for any non-trivial damage.
We will accept well behaved pets by special arrangement, outside of the school holiday periods. They should not be taken in with the farm animals or left alone in the cottages. Pets are only allowed in Clowberry and Rede and we ask you not to allow them on the soft furnishings or to go in the bedrooms.
In the unlikely event of your cottage being unavailable for reasons beyond our control, e.g. fire damage, we will endeavour to find similar alternative accommodation or give a complete refund. No further liability will be accepted.
We do not accept any liability for circumstances beyond our control, and no monies will be refunded.
The use of accommodation and amenities including the farm and gardens is entirely at the Hirer’s risk and no responsibility can be accepted for injury, loss or damage to the Hirer or the Hirer’s companions or guests.
We have prepared risk assessments and cleaning protocols in advance of re-opening. We will provide guests with information prior to arrival regarding our measures and details of local amenities as they are re-opening. We are happy to answer any queries or concerns you may have and we will be reviewing our procedures throughout the season and in line with government guidance.
